It's a great solution for my business needs. We are constantly filling out PDF or MS WORD based forms, be they applications, requests, official government forms, etc... My subscription allows me to now more quickly and professionally, turn-around those important documents. Those same documents, before the PDF-filler subscription, were always hand signed, if not hand filled out completely, then manually scanned into our systems and sent back to the interested party via email. It was quick and convenient. The only problem I had is that the updated form was not the correct one sent to the email. It continued to send and older version.

Good layout and simple to understand
Good layout and simple to understand. However, while editing I realised that it does change the original size of the item when it is converted the format.

Sign of the times
What I personally liked about this product is the convenience.
When using such a valuable product as pdfFiller it is nearly impossible to rate it lowly.

Great Customer Service
Great app, but even better customer service. I needed to cancel my membership for financial reasons, but I failed to do so before it renewed and my bank account was drafted. I submitted a request through the website for support and requested a refund. Zoe replied via email within an hour and had already issued the refund. Clearly they care about their customers, provide easy communication options and have fair policies in place.

Good facilities and free trial welcome. Request for Rating a bit quick though! Comprehensive system that you can use at different levels, from basic form-filling to online collaboration and submission.

What do you like best?
The ability to import work documents into PDF Filler has made my life seamless.
What do you dislike?
The only thing I dislike is that I didn’t find PDF Filler earlier.

I’ve realized that integration of documents and the ability to remotely edit them is a skill I didn’t necessarily realize I needed. PDF Filler has allowed me to learn and new skill while at the same time complete my work more efficiently.
