Not the easiest to figure out initially, and detailed instructions are a bit hard to come by, but it seems to do what I need it to do to make signable forms and merged PDF's.

Its user friendly and efficient! It makes all of contracts much easier to implement. It saves all of your information online so doesn't use your memory.

Fax option could be updated and better. I am a notary, but it would be much better if this option was more efficient as well for other people.

I am readily able to save documents and fill them out online copy and re-create new documents from previous ones. It is user friendly. I can send them to multiple clients at once for signatures with e-sign option.

Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. This program makes it much easier to complete a complex form than doing it by hand and the customer support is very responsive.
