Don't quite understand how it works as I am not a computer person except to do genealogy, and write.
One cannot operate a computer without it. At least this is what I'm finding out.
It all seems automatic, I would like to know more about it's function, Why's and what-fores, instead of just logging on and it appears. All I know is that it is a major function for downloading photographs and some documents. There should be a tutorial offered to those who are senior citizens and so many things are automatic.
It takes understanding its function to a non-software-computer person. Guess more instruction would help.

I have been a Broker for 46 years and I use to have an admin assistant that handled all my paperwork
But now I work from home, no admin person or receptionist, I am Chief Bottle washer & Cook
I chatted with Bob Today on a Technical issue on the size of a PDF, He was able to reduce it
I am very happy I found pdfFiller, my new assistant
that doesn't drink my coffee

I am not 100% satsfied reason being the whole document is not turning into Word, I want turn the whole document in word edit, retype as a word document and have it resaved
it as word document.

I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I was contacted almost immediately from a representative of pdfFiller that they had cancelled the subscription and issued a credit back to me. I am impressed with how quick and easy it was. So far, it has been acceptable, but I am having to self teach a lot of items. It would be good to have a one hour presentation on the basics, and then some specific presentations on individual task.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.

I have had several emergent documents sent to me in PDF-without PDF Filler I was having to print-complete form and either scan the document to my e-mail or fax to the appropriate recipients. PDF filer has saved me an astronomical amount of time :)
