I have used the free trial twice. When I signed up for a $6 one month personal subscription I was billed $20USD. I have sent an email about this and hope to have it resolved.

It was very easy and it had help listed if you needed it. So, I felt it was a great system to use and I will be using in and have used it in the past but I don't have Verizon anymore and I forgot my password. So I just created a new account.

Love it- so easy- wish there was a cheaper option for "stay at home moms" (could verify with a phone call) - since all I tend to use it for is school forms and household paperwork

Haven't used much just for a few document but so far very satisfied. Easy to scan and load to fill in docs. I'm hoping it will be worth the price paid

Great, this time so far. I used the program a little over a week ago but my documents were messed up because I was not told I had to pay first in order to save or print the document. I had to create it all again. It was the same one as this now, 821 ssa form. It took me hours to get as far as I had.

Lag between switching to different parts of the interface and saving files disrupts the user experience.

I won't need this program enough to pay the monthly fee. If fee was 3 dollars a month I would keep it. Thank you for giving the free trial.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Is there a way to combine invoices in QuickBooks?
At this time, there's not a way to combine multiple invoices into one invoice. However, if you only need to send a copy of all the invoices for a single client, you can create a statement to list all the invoices. Select Customers.
Is there a way to import invoices into QuickBooks?
You can import invoices from text files or Excel spreadsheets directly into QuickBooks Online using Excel Transactions software. Connect your QuickBooks Online to Excel Transactions App from QuickBooks App Store by clicking the “Get App Now” button. You can get the free trial of the product in the QuickBooks App Store.
Can you merge two company files in QuickBooks?
The ability to merge two company data files into one company is currently not available in QuickBooks Online. Each company is created as a separate file and can't be merged, but you can manually input the data into the company you want to keep.
How do I merge two clients in QuickBooks?
In the Customer Center, click the “Customers & Jobs” tab. Double-click the final customer record and write down or copy the job name at the top of the window. Close that window, double-click the customer record to be merged, change the job name and click “OK.” Select “Yes” to confirm you want to merge the jobs.
Can I combine invoices in QuickBooks?
We're unable to combine multiple invoices into a single invoice. You can suggest the process of combining invoices to our product engineers. Send them feedback, so they'd know what works best for you. In your QBO account, click the Gear icon and select Feedback.
