PDFfiller was intuitively simple to use in creating an important document. I had difficulty erasing some text I accidentally superimposed onto my document and the recipient who ultimately got the PDF I created could not open it. Also disappointing was the fact that I didn't realize I had to pay a tidy subscription price until after I completed my document and tried to send it off (and save it). That all led to an initially horrible review.
But, I have to say that my experience with PDFfiller and Elie, the rep I dealt with, revised my entire experience. Not only did Elie help resolve the problems in a very timely fashion, I received a refund! PDFfiller seems dedicated to provide the user an efficient product and the customer service is the best I've seen with any internet-based business. Elie is a great ambassador for the business and she really follows through with her promises! I never expected that. tried other products and this one worked faster and better without any BS or training needed. it is fast and simple for those computer challenged. easy to use in court or out of court and easy access to all judicial council forms. hats off to pdffilir!

I really like how I can fill out any form and it will turn it into a pdf. I also like how I can sign any form with my signature.

I do not really enjoy filling out forms that do not provide just a box to type in, rather it is little individual boxes for every letter. When the form is this way. I have to insert a new text box for every letter so that the letters would fall in their own little box and doesn't look out of place. These are the forms that are difficult to fill out. Unless there is a setting I haven't figured out yet.

Needed a pdf file filled in online
Needed a pdf file filled in online, that in and of itself was not the issue. The issue was not being able to recreate the form in that most environments you would need to build the form from scratch. PDFfiller allowed me to upload the form and use their platform to publish it to the public. May I add how quick and easy it was. Saved a ton of time which I don't have.

Has worked perfectly fine with editing non-fillable pdf forms. No issues with saving in various forms to my computer. Works just as expected.

Free not so Free
Easy to use and alter forms to fit my needs. Was disappointed that it seemed to be free until you get to the end and you have to pay. Thankfully there was the option of the 30 day free trial.
