What do you like best?
I can sign paperwork, make changes and do it all without a printer wherever I am in the world.

There are some some glitches with the program.. for example to save a document you first have to make a duplicate of it. Also, I thought there was a way to re-number pages but that feature seems to be gone?

Needed an online PDF editor for contracts, works better than expected! I can sign and edit PDF files anytime, anywhere. The availability of it from any device, anywhere. All the platforms are great both the web and local apps. Sometimes it's laggy because it runs online but I suppose that's the tradeoff of having it available everywhere.

Protect Yourself With a Release of Lien (Lien Waiver) Fortunately, it's a simple process. A Lien Waiver is similar to a receipt. It basically states that you've paid the subcontractor what is owed, they accept the payment in full, and they waive the right to put a lien on your property.
In the mechanics lien process, a lien waiver is a document from a contractor, subcontractor, materials supplier, equipment lessor or other party to the construction project (the claimant) stating they have received payment and waive any future lien rights to the property (of the owner) for the amount paid.
In this scenario, a fully signed lien release would be provided to either the owner's attorney, or the lien claimant's attorney, who agrees to hold onto the document until the payment process is complete. Once the payment is made, or clears the bank, the attorney either files the document, or provides it to the owner.
In the mechanics lien process, a lien waiver is a document from a contractor, subcontractor, materials supplier, equipment lessor or other party to the construction project (the claimant) stating they have received payment and waive any future lien rights to the property (of the owner) for the amount paid.
If you don't receive the lien release, submit a request to the lender for proof that the loan has been satisfied. This request can be made through the DMV or directly to the lender.
