I had a surprisingly positive experience when I discovered that I had a subscription after several months of notifications being filtered into my spam folder. I started the free trial, and my document has trouble being edited, so I hope this can be sorted. The help was quick and efficient and Kara escalated it when she knew there was a problem, so top marks there. I just hope the techie team can sort the font.

Easy for On the Go Editing
This works great for creating editable PDFs & exporting them to clients. Can send for signatures and edit details for initial, etc.
I don't dislike it but it could offer more features for the price.

I would like more New York templates available in the non-upgraded version. I would also appreciate different pricing options, I am disabled on a fixed income. Other than these two issues, I find pdfFiller useful.

Great service. I thought my subscription had expired but the tech support hooked me back up in a jiffy! I prefer to use PDFfiller program rather than the Acrobat Reader DC program. I will always renew my subscription in the future.
