An excellent program, my only gripe was/is after paying for this program, I began to experience unsolicited X-rated and non-X rated ads. And, interference using Safari on an Apple PC

Good afternoon, I have subscribed to PDFfiller and have even been charged $20 yesterday to use this program, however, when I try to log in, my password isn't recognized. Also, when I try to go back to change anything on my form, I find it time consuming to try to do this.I don't have a lot of spare time at work & I really don't like using the typewriter, because if I make a mistake & find it later.. I can't go back and change it, hence PDFfiller.. It says a msg will be sent to my email, however, I never receive this msg. It's not in my Inbox, Spam or Trash folders. I would like to use this program at work, so I don't have to use a typewriter. Can you help me with this log-in issue? kind of difficult to understand..sometimes it would not fill out the form and sometimes it would, then go back to the first signature and had to keep confirming.

Initial problem was apparently that I had failed to save the (almost) completed form that I had made, and when I went bace to it, only the original blank form was available. I see the error of my way. Quite interested in learning lots more about program and the ways it couod be useful to me.

I really like your product. I am not very computer savvy so I would greatly appreciate a webinar to help with navigating your website. That being said I have used your chat feature several times and your agents have all been awesome...very helpful!!
