This is a tool which I never thought I would use so much! I love it! I think the dashboard is cluttered and not the easiest to navigate, and a "strike through" option for documents would be nice to have.

We are able to scan certain forms used for billing on various projects and simply change the numbers monthly and quickly print out the new monthly invoices.

The customer support is phenomenal. They always answer quickly and fix whatever issue i have. The actual software does it's supposed to and increases my productivity x10. There are features included to import government forms easily or you can upload your own. The templates are easy to create and to make new documents using.
What do you dislike?
The amount of options can be overwhelming. It seems like the product can do so much and would take a long time to fully understand or use. The speed of the application is actually pretty fast but its not a literal immediate load time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learn to import your forms directly from their bank of existing forms. Be careful when editing fields so that you don't overwrite existing functionality. If you need help don't hesitate to do a live chat and screen share. Their chat agents will fix any issue you have. I've had them help me multiple times.

We use it to fill out government tax forms, specifically form 1098c for our nonprofit organization. The primary benefit is a secure place to share and store all our documents that we can search and edit when we need. This software saves us an immense amount of time. It provides a method to update and edit documents in minutes with recurring pages that would otherwise take 4x times longer fill out and complete. We generally only use this form an IRS form specifically but i can see the use case for many types of companies and situations.

Great app, and easy to use on the web and on the go..I would like to recommend adding merge pdf app as well. for deleting or moving pages, I recommend ability to delete/move more than 1 page at a time..thanks

Amazing customer service
I tried it a while ago, and something went wrong when cancelling my subscription (maybe me...). I got charged for the service anyway, but then asked for a refund. The support team was extremely responsive and useful, I'm really happy about their service. Excellent!

It's diffcult to make some changes or fix mistakes. I have notice that it is had to find a blank form. So if you need to file say 2 941 forms. I couldn't just choose another 941 form from menu. I had to use one of my saved forms or let the site and choose to file 941 and log back in

Is there an app that will automatically send texts?
Scheduled is a new app that lets you schedule your text messages. To be clear, the app does not actually schedule texts for automatic sending. For that, you'd need to hack your iPhone and use one of the jailbreak apps instead. Apple does not allow for this functionality, officially.
Is there a way to automatically send text messages?
Android. Download an automated SMS program from Google Play. Tap Schedule if you're using Auto SMS or, if you're using Tasked, tap Phone and then Send SMS. You will go to a page where you can enter the message, cell number and the time you would like to send the message.
