Maybe I haven't found it, but it would help if there was a way to stop the fillable areas from snapping to each other. I had to figure out work-arounds for a lot of them.

How do I change Word settings?
Open the template or a document based on the template whose default settings you want to change. On the Format menu, click Font, and then click the Font tab. Make any changes that you want, and then click Default. Note: Most of the styles in Word are based on the Normal style.
Why is track changes not working?
Locate and open the target document. Once on the interface, go to the REVIEW tab from the top. On the REVIEW tab, from the displayed options, click Track Changes button from the Tracking section. From the same section, click the All Markup option from the drop-down list displaying Simple Markup.
Why can't I turn on Track Changes in Word?
To enable track changes, simply click on the Track Changes icon. It will become grayed out when enabled. If you don't see the status of track changes in your status bar at the bottom of Word, then you probably want to turn that feature on.
How do track changes work?
Open Microsoft Word.
Choose the Review tab at the top of the document.
Either click the Track Changes button (PC) or toggle the Track Changes switch (Mac).
Make sure that you change 'Simple Markup' to 'All Markup' from the drop-down bar next to Track Changes.
How do you use Track Changes?
Go to Review on the Ribbon.
In the Tracking group in the middle, click the Track Changes button and from the drop-down select Track Changes.
How do I turn on Track Changes and delete the selected text?
Select the change you want to accept or reject.
From the Review tab, click the Accept or Reject command.
The markup will disappear, and Word will automatically jump to the next change.
When you're finished, click the Track Changes command to turn off Track Changes.
