The form I filled in was for a Medal of Honor recommendation for a Vietnam vet. The format and help with the form was clear and efficient. I had to come back and modify it, and everything was smooth and easy.Thanks for a very professional tool.
Super application that allows me to fill out and sign forms without printing, hand-filling, scanning and forwarding. Have used for tax forms, banking, applications, job change, legal forms, etc... terrific!
It's incredibly easy to use! I *love* that I don't have to print this stuff out and fill it in by hand anymore. And making edits to what I do is super easy too! I'm so glad I found this website!

Good product for the money
this product is well priced which is great for a startup business. The accessibility of acord forms is a big plus. I do wish it had a few more features that would make it even better - like the ability to attach an email without having to save in pdf and upload - and having a task option for future projects would be so great.
Ability to create and save documents required by insurance industry is a plus. I like being able to access the program from anywhere and being able to upload documents for client files.
Does not have ability to do sub folders and wish there were a section for each client for notes for tracking of conversations. Also wish there were a calendar where you could add tasks with reminders.
This review is primarily for the customer service. This company had extremely quality customer service. FAST responses. I would definitely recommend trying it out for that alone, they will work through and address any issues you have. You won’t be disappointed. Great job.
