Pretty good so far. Was a little surprised that I had to pay once all the work was done. But its okay, have used it a couple of times and its working.
Love it...with our computer system I can't figure out how to refile/reprint a claim with your PDFfiller form I can fill in the form print it and send it out.
I worked on a form without signing into my account. I came back to work on it some more and couldn't find it. I was able to contact online support and she helped me retrieve my file I am forever grateful. This forms take forever to fill out already and then to loose it. I was very happy. Thank you Elie

Like the program, although it does seem complicated. However, I keep receiving error messages when I send docs to be signed, and when I send it in I receive a message saying it is on our end. I would like to use the program for many things, especially getting signatures, although it seems that isn't included now and is additional cost, so I may go to authentisign

It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! PdfFiller is one of the better pdf apps that I've used in some time. I was especially impressed with how it handles pictures/logos that one might use in a document.
