So far so good. Just starting to use the software. Would like to avoid further surveys in the future. Inasmuch as this is a paid service, I would prefer to work without interruption.
the user interaction could be a little better, for example I don't like that when I'm on the Mybox tab, once I open a file and close it I keep getting directed to the dashboard. So I have to keep clicking back to the Mybox. Otherwise, great product! :)

I had a surprisingly positive experience when I discovered that I had a subscription after several months of notifications being filtered into my spam folder. When I contacted the company, I received a prompt and thorough response. I wasn’t hassled or blamed; instead, I felt understood and supported. My account was canceled for me, and I was informed that I would receive a full refund. It was a great relief to be treated with such understanding. Thank you!
PDFfiller do all the document from now on instead of MS.

It's court request to use PDFfiller to do the Pleading, Ex-Parte and Declaration. 4). due to this instruction brought me to PDFfiller and learn how to do the legal document. 5).. So easy and convenient to download and complete. My only issue is I wish with the forms you can scroll down to sections without having to tab each field or using you mouse to click in a different section.
Easy to navigate and use. Super quick and convenient when having to send completed forms for work or doctors appointments, especially if you do not have a printer/scanner.
