It worked well for our needs. We just needed one form not available as a fill in through irs.gov. But I don't like the automatic sub renewal. We just needed it once and I didn't remember/understand that it automatically renewed.

What I like least about this software is that when actually filling in the blanks, the words do not align with the original text. This is an area that needs improvement.

This is a great tool and is full of features that I really need for editing, exporting, merging and printing documents. I like all of the supported file formats and may use the routing features in the future. The pdfFiller will import huge .pdf files and allows you to save just one or two pages from that file for editing. It offers alot of flexibility and performance features which I appreciate for document management and workflow.
Dealing with this company was truly amazing. I have never had such professional response from the customer service of any company. The customer service rep was such a gentleman and solved my problem immediately. I would highly recommend this company!
AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POLICIES
Used PDFfiller for one document and forgot to cancel my trial subscription. As soon as I was billed, I contacted customer support for a refund and Anna from the customer support team did it immediately. The process was so swift that even I was surprised. pdfiller is the best online form finder and provider. I have always had difficulty with filling out a form on line, whether that be saving or having the fields stay filled out if I did not complete the form at that time. This is never a problem nor is finding any form I already did or was in the process of doing. I am still in the trial timeline which is clearly displayed as to how many more days I have left in the trial. These nuances are so beneficial and not at all typical, they provide a much higher quality to the service and there is nothing I can't find or is provided that I could need later that is not right at my fingertip or click of the mouse.
