I thought I would use the free trial and then cancel... I have found myself using it over and over again. It has saved me lots of paper and much time.
I've only used this service once, and I'm pleased with the outcome. My document looked more professional and I will use this service again. I think it's a bit pricey, so I suggest the company use a "one-time-purchase" option or free trial before buying.

There is a little bit of a disconnect when saving your file, it's not always easy to figure where it is being saved.

Absolute timesaver and easy to use once you are in the form.
It's an absolute timesaver when filling in repetitive forms or having to sign and email something for signature.
Ease of moving around website is a little tricky sometimes
I've been a customer of ********************** for almost 2 years now. The program has completely upped my game from writing business letters, filling out pdfs, faxing important documents - there is no limit to what you can do with a program like PDFFiller. But, what really pulled me in, other than the superb professional look and quality that PDFFiller gives my correspondence, was the help I received when I needed it. For example, I needed help with merging two documents that I needed to fax. I received help via the Chat Box within seconds of asking for assistance. It's like having your own IT team 24 hours a day!
