I was very upset at the beginning but after contacting customer support the problems were resolved and
and I am happy I was able to complete my forms for my disabled grandson.
I am too Busy at the present time but I find the program very helpful. I would like to review the program after I get into it in the tax season for more comments.
Quite simple and handy to fill. I would have preferred using my own signature on the completed form but I had difficulty loading an image of my signature.

Filling out forms on the daily used to be such a pain. Now it is easy!
so much better than printing a page, filling it out, getting my boss to sign it, scanning it, and emailing. upload a signature, fill it out, email or save to computer. easy peasy
Honestly nothing. If I HAD to complain, scrolling from page to page on a multi-page document isn't always smooth scrolling.
Been incredibly helpful and ultra convenient.  I recommend it to everyone The lists of documents is very beneficial and highly informative
