Works well. Had some issues with conversion time at first, seems to work well. Also had a few issues where the recipient of a PDFfiller email document, could not open the document. I AM A TAX PREPARER SO YOU CAN IMAGINE AT THE BUSIEST TIME HAVING TO RUSH AND GO BUY FORMS OR ORDER ONLINE, IT WAS EASY VERY SELF EXPLANATORY. WOULD LIKE TO SEE ADDITIONAL FEATURES, SAVE THE EIN NUMBER, PREFILL THE SS AND MEDICARE WHEN YOU PUT IN THE AGI.

So far it's been pretty good although I haven't figured everything out yet as far as the features but I'm working on it. I like it so far though for what I needed it for. I will continue to pay for my subscription and continue using the service. Thanx your service has been and will continue to be a BIG HELP to me.

I purchased the product. It was because I needed to complete a form for an important Employment opportunity. After I spent 4 hours on the form. I was ready to print then was asked to make payment. after I subscribed; I then tried to print the form. Long story short; I could not print the document and then when I accessed it later to try and correct the issue, the information I had put in was all over the place. (in the wrong places). I have then canceled my subscription and have just wasted my $72 US Dollars. I know I will not be refunded, even if I was only Subscribed to the product for less then 6 hours or so. I would never recommend this product to anyone ever. I immediately got a response and refund... which tells me that this company is serious about its reputation and customers service. Thank you so much for the upright service. Because of that I will recommend this to anyone and everyone

There doesnt seem to be alot of "man in the street" logic to how you explain things. It seems to be written by Code cutters or IT people. Lots of simple things like , I look up how to save a document. You say : Save your document by clicking the 'Save as PDF' button in either the "MyForms" . There is NO such button only a "save as" button. Also Where is the "My Forms" page? is it named as such or .... ????Bascally though, its a great piece of software. You just have to get a REAL human being to rewrite instructions.
