It's hard to type in correct order was item is erased. and the eraser is shaky wiping out what I don't want. Over all for a new coming like me it's OK. Just knew how to handle better. Thanks.
Program great, easy to use. Difficulty processing payment. Had to call/email support to get assistance. That was super frustration when I was ready to finish up.

I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. I can easily find the forms I need and accomplish them. The option to have them linked to agencies for submission is very convenient. I would recommend to small business owners like myself.
