Overall a good experience.
Sometimes the lack of features like aligning fields (i.e. Publisher) is frustrating: the ability to copy details from one field to another (drop downs and field attributes) making some forms with several fields that are the same. But I'm an old software designer so I'll take those frustrations and cherish all the good points of the software. I think its a good solution for my needs in the insurance industry.
Might be signing up again because of the combine pdf feature you offer. Adobe couldn’t even combine my pdfs for whatever reason. I would need a slightly cheaper subscription then you offer.

I love this site. It's very easy to navigate through. The customer service is TOP NOTCH!!! Live Chat 24/7. Always have received excellent service. I tell all my family & friends and my customers too.
Only use quarterly for one customer, would attend/watch a webinar or tutorial to make it more user friendly and see if it would work with other customers

pdfFiller is a great tool and they have a great Customer centred approach in their services. I recommend them and thumbs up on the work that are doing really.
Very pleased with the customer care
I was new to using pdf filler and had a small technical issue with text auto deleting, so I hopped onto the chat where Sam helped fix the issue using screen share via a Zoom call, he kept me informed of what he was doing and the issue was resolved quickly. Sam also took the time to explain to me how to resolve the issue if I ever had it again and was friendly to communicate with, I am very pleased with the customer care, thank you Sam,
