Loving it so far. Wish the search for documents in their library was easier to find, but other than that, I've been very happy with ease and quality.
So far, so good. I love the fact that, before I paid--my documents were always saved and not lost. So that later, when I was ready to pay, I didn't have to start over. That was awesome.
I am not very savvy with computers and am trying to learn more everyday. Your system was easy enough where I did not have to call my kids to help me figure it out. Only downside is not having an autosave when working on a PDF and after being distracted by other people returning to the PDF to find you need to restart.

Only issue is pricing. This is for my job, but they can't pay for it because we are a non-profit agency, I pay for it myself because it helps me to complete my job more efficiently
It's alright
I used it to complete a PDF, the only one that let me do it.
I could complete a PDF I needed but that was for a game of Dungeons and Dragons that was done online as recreation with fellow students.
I just tried the free trial and those things were kind of lacking but that's to be expected, nothing else though.
