I'm loving everything and I like how I can do so much without printing, then write your info, then scan to your pc, then email to an individual or group. This is way, way faster.
Much better than last year. But the pages slide badly -- need one page at a time to finish rather than slipping from page to page as I try to work on just one.
its been really difficult for me to use this progrsm but it does work once i get the hang of it. i think it needs to have a few more features that it might actually have i just cant find how to do it

I am using the service to help with documentation and transferring data. I was pleased to have good customer service, when I needed it, with prompt response time and helpful tools to fix the problem.
Had many of the forms I needed, however, surprised with researching NC business forms I found a 1997 form but not a 2000 form. Fortunately I can use a 2001 form for 2000 year.
