I was in a total jam and needed forms right away. I was so afraid my only option was to type all these required forms and then have to write in the answers with a pen. So far great! Just wish we had more options on auto-page numbering. If your document has a cover or a forward like a book, those are pages you don't want numbers on.

Needs a text rotation tool and more shapes available. Also limited on fonts and text color.

I get W9 filled for clients easily. Contract signing digitally. I can make instructional maps using map templates and email directly to employees.

Intuitive & straightforward
This online software seems pretty intuitive to use and I've had a good experience of collecting signatures online, so far.
Some frustration with the search option. I was searching for W-2 for 2020. Could not find, so chatted. I'd solved my problem by the time the chat person responded. Today I was looking for a fillable PPP Loan Forgiveness form. It may be there, but the search said no results.
