This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. it was easy to type and overwrite, but printing and saving some of the fill blanks were not coming up as what I typed... probably a computer bug issue...
What do you like best?
This has saved me some much time on filling out all my documents & storing them as well !!! I just love how you can erase information & add other items to it as well!
What do you dislike?
Sometimes it does have a hard time reading some of the documents & uploading them correctly . I then have to restart the program a couple of times before it actually is able to load the document .
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
With this software i am able to edit all my PDF'S add & delete any information that needs to be revised & have an amazing clean, clear & legible PDF's for my clients to view!!!

I like that I can bring in any fillable document, it makes everything to do with a business much easier. It's just not very easy to do. I have to remember how to do it every time. Not sure if that is my fualt or if this is just not that user friendly.

I am very satisfied with only being signed in for a hour. Easy to navigate through and the pop-up suggestion are very helpful information on how to work the site.
It's been awesome! Not sure why when I click some lines it makes the texts smaller, then I have to make the larger to fit the rest of the doc. But it's an amazing tool!
