Well it seems to work OK but I am not thrilled about the price, I haven't used it that much but for anybody that does a lot of form applications it seems like a goods program to have.
OVERALL FAIR-GOOD EXPERIENCE. MAJOR FLAW: FORMATTING IS NOT CONSISTENT FROM TABLET TO LAPTOP.SIGNIFICANT EDITING REQUIRED. VERY TIME CONSUMING AND NON-PRODUCTIVE.
It worked well for our needs. We just needed one form not available as a fill in through irs.gov. But I don't like the automatic sub renewal. We just needed it once and I didn't remember/understand that it automatically renewed.
Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). How to send a fillable document that can be returned in a completed state
I am new to using the pdf filler application in my business. When I sent my first document out, my client had a problem returning the filled out document. I used the chat feature to resolve my problem and received excellent help from Sam, who answered my questions and provided me with great resources.

Very helpful to be able to type into pdf docs. I did originally find it difficult to work out how to save and print the documents. Eventually I saw the little down arrow which had the options there. Thanks.
