This has been a great service for me! As an independent consultant, I often have to forward W9s to organizations. It is great to know I have a secure way to do that.
I didn't want to pay for this feature but it is really a great program. I only wish I would be able to be copied and review status of Signed documents as it progresses without paying additional. Or adding the file for Esign to my personal email sent file.
What do you like best?
Easy to use, anyone who I've sent a file has had no issues receiving and downloading. Some of them have told me they've gone on to use the product regularly themselves.
What do you dislike?
Nothing to do with pdffiller, but I sometimes forget to set up the files I'm uploading in the right folders. That's on me.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Under the 'documents' tab, the 2 columns on the right could be made more distinctly different from each other to denote they are in fact different. They are just two shades of gray and not that different in tone.

Help With Fillable Fields in Newly Created Documents
Our ministry account created a new questionnaire form for our beloveds, but I needed help in knowing how to use the fillable fields to make it ready to publish and use in the ministry. I had thought I had cancelled my subscription so was very surprised to get a notification from PayPal that I had been charged $96. I work in real estate and I often need to fill in PDF's with information for my clients. Being able to do in a web based platform makes it easy to do on any computer.
