I like the idea that I can go back and fill in the parts of a report that I couldn't finish in one sitting. This will a big help to me in my newly appointed position.
I used it now for 2 forms. I like that It does everything for me..saves the document, converts to another format if I need it and easy to email out or print.
After contacting customer support, I was told that certain web browsers are more compatible than others in completing forms. Once I changed from Mozilla Firefox to Chrome, I was able to complete all fields of the form without problems. But it would have been helpful to publicize this information on your website so that much time was not wasted.

I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the…
I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the library. I looked for an hour. I could find 2016 W2s, 2019 W2s, but, not 2018. I found all kinds of IRS forms, but, not 2018 W2s. Finally I gave up after 2 days and emailed support. They responded immediately with form. It was awesome. I was shocked. They get A+ in my book !!!!! Jeff R.

Pdf fillers customer service were excellent. They answered my email very quickly and dealt with my issue immediately.
It's a comprehensive and easy to use software. Very convenient and perfect for multiple purposes. I've tried other PDF editor sites and this one is without a doubt my FAVORITE! Thanks pdfFiller!
Very reliable
My overall experience with this software has been 100% positive.
I like that no matter what kind of forms I need I can always find everything that I need on this software.
I love everything about this software. I cant think of anything negative about it.
Easy to use. I always send the doc to myself before emailing to final destination, just so I know what it looks like on the receiver's end. Adding a personal note to the email is a bit cumbersome--could be better explained of who sees what.
