I subscribed to a trial period for the PDFiller product but forgot to unsubscribe when the trial period was over. Once I realized my error, I contacted the company and explained my error. Katrina in customer service had my refund processed within minutes. I find it useful to put documents into PDF and or add to current PDF documents. I also find it helpful when I am helping my students and their class assignments for tutoring purposes.
