I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. The ease of use, the verification of signature and the compatibility on all types of documents
What do you dislike?
The cost...yearly is pricey considering there are programs that you pay more upfront but it’s a one time fee
