I have had to upgrade twice to professional and just did again so I could use the features. Billing does not show that the upgrades were put in place.
It would be easy and helpful to implement: A tool which allows you to pick the colour you want (and be able to use that colour to erase, paint and write). A auto text-detector and erase
I struggled a bit when the form was completed because I failed to see where the "Print" button was located, but a rep from Customer Care (Paul) helped me and I was all set. Looking forward to exploring and using the PDF filler site frequently.

Everything made my experience wonderful easy to use very informative with finding things its actually very basic yet so complex it offers everything i need all in one and it is hassle free when trying to locate certain tools I love it
my experience has been mostly with export documents that need to send to freight forwarders. what I really need is reference for HS codes that are uniform and acceptable and how this system integrates within our network.

easy to use and there are a lot of options to have things mailed, emailed, faxed, etc right with a click of a button and entering information. It does have a fee for this BUT it is SUPER convenient so honestly its a very small price to pay to not have to worry about all the extra work i would have to do myself.
