The level of communication the team has is second to none. Best customer experience. I recently tried the free trial, I forgot to cancel after the free trial because I needed their service @ that time only. When then cancel my subscription I didn't get a refund, but the team explained to me why that happed if do want a refund what should I do.I then followed the steps and within the time they said , I got my refund. If you have the basic plan, customer support could take 24 hours to get to you. If you have the premium plan, customer support answers immediately.
First-class customer service! I wanted to try out the free trial version but ended signing up for an annual subscription. I contacted the customer service about this error, and they gave me the refund immediately.
