I enjoy the ease of completing the forms, printing and saving the documents. I expected to be billed at the 65% off rate for one time use, annually, but somehow was charged the $72.00 annual renewable rate. I will now have the inconvenience of having to cancel the subscription, since this is the last time I need to perform this function.
I've edited 4 documents with pdf filler which was fairly easy considering the editing I needed done was fairly simple. I'm a little disappointed that there is no on-demand training because I've only used some basic features & would like to learn alot more on all of the features that are available & how to use them

PDF Filler helped me out on numerous occasions. It's simple and easy to use and saves a lot of hassle getting things done. Their support team is also great.

I had Anna, as a PDF friendly support person and she was extremely helpful. I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. What do you like best?
Super easy to navigate. I am a custom cabinetmaker, and I use this to markup blueprints all the time.
What do you dislike?
Really no downside. I do find it takes a long time to merge docs, but that's really no big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
E signing docs. Editing PDF's that were sent to me on my computer without having to scan the doc is amazing
I made a mistake and bought a year subscription instead of one month as I needed, I immediately emailed customer support and thought I would be waiting days for a reply if I was lucky, but to my surprise I received a response within 2 minutes. She offered to change my subscription and refund the rest of my money, I of course excepted and they changed it immediately! ***** ******** for your amazing customer service! And your forms, that have been time saving!
