The Reps name was Sally I am super impressed with not only her but PDF filler because of the fact that they honored my displeasure and something like I said through the process fell through the cracks however I was able to contact them they were able to easily see what was happening with my account and rectify my complaint. I want to vote the company a plus plus because nowadays service is not even a thing anymore it seems rarely can you find a company that stands behind their product and they do so by providing support Saturday morning at 5:00 a.m. LOL so yeah I was super pleased with the service although they did not provide what I was looking for the company still will always be on my good list in terms of consideration in case in the future they do provide the needs that I have.
