EXCELLENT. WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE UNAVAILABLE FEATURES SHADED GREY. AND NOT VIEWED AS ABLE TO USE, AND THEN FIND OUT I HAVE TO "UPGRADE" TO NEXT LEVEL TO USE. THAT BECOMES ANNOYING A MAKES ME USE PRODUCT LESS

I am not very savvy with computers and am trying to learn more everyday. Your system was easy enough where I did not have to call my kids to help me figure it out. Thank you for the simplicity of the web site. It is helping me meet my needs and not be frustrated at the same time. Great feeling to be able to use this web site and get what I need from it. There doesnt seem to be alot of "man in the street" logic to how you explain things. It seems to be written by Code cutters or IT people. Lots of simple things like , I look up how to save a document. You say : Save your document by clicking the 'Save as PDF' button in either the "MyForms" . There is NO such button only a "save as" button. Also Where is the "My Forms" page? is it named as such or .... ????Bascally though, its a great piece of software. You just have to get a REAL human being to rewrite instructions.

It's very good app. The cost for what it offers is alot better then having a Adobe subscription. You can fax and a whole bunch of things. It just made my life easy.

IT IS SUPER EASY RIGHT OUT OF THE GATE. I AM NOT SURE HOW TO FIND A DIFFERENT IRS FORM. I AM THINKING MY ADOBE DC MAY DO THIS AND I JUST DON'T KNOW IT. I FOUND THIS ON THE INTERNET AND IT IS SAVING ME HOURS.
