It is somewhat confusing at first, but after learning the program it is very helpful and convenient to use! I enjoy all of the different options regarding the tools to fill out a PDF, for me it was a rental application for an apartment that i needed to fill out. The one thing I did not like is that after i had filled out my entire application via the pdffiller app, i could not e-mail the pdf until i paid for a plan. Somewhat disappointing, but regarding the program it is a good one.
I subscribed for one purpose - to be able to print numerous amounts of Genealogy Forms. This is fulfilling my needs with minimum issues. It is a great product.
It is very user friendly. I do have questions that I think attending a webinar would probably answer. It would save me time trying to figure things out.

I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. Still learning and having a few problems, but probably user-error related. Would undoubtably help if I had slowed down enough to watch the video, but just had to get this done.
Very pleased with the customer care
I was new to using pdf filler and had a small technical issue with text auto deleting, so I hopped onto the chat where Sam helped fix the issue using screen share via a Zoom call, he kept me informed of what he was doing and the issue was resolved quickly.
