Confusing subscription. I don't even know if I ever received the discount for an annual subscription.

Better way of retrieving password
I am a slow learner...give me more time.I am 68 and not internet literate. It's better for me to fill out Government Forms through PDF Filler than in my own handwriting. It look very professional and understandable. It's like I got a Secretary. I would like to learn more about faxing and emails.
I have had limited use since I became a subscriber. I have difficulty printing the PDF file
I was working on and asked your online help desk what I could do to remedy that but
without success.
I just started using it, I would be interested in a webinar to learn more about the features.
I spoke with Jason who helped me tremendously. I appreciated the time via our chat and he provided screen shots that helped as well.

the feature of editing pdf file and the digital signature generation and its use plus the option for downloading the edited file has been of great help for me.
