Excellent support and customer service I registered for an annual membership, but I didn't pay attention that the membership fee is calculated in US dollars. I live in ****** and it was expensive for me. I emailed support department to cancel my membership and they responded in less than an hour and sent me a full refund.I appreciate the excellent customer service and proper support, polite and professional behavior of the staff.
All trials have been very satisfactory. It has been easy to learn the use of the various features. Especially the relatively small size of the ready documents is appreciated.
PDF Filler Beats Adobe Sign For Me
I have used PDF Filler for about three years now and their customer service and platform are wonderful. Previously, I was using Adobe Sign but I found it way too expensive and cumbersome to use. This was super helpful for when I was applying for a job and then filling out the pre-hire paperwork. As I have not had a good source of income during this process, I was very glad for the free trial.
So far, it has been acceptable, but I am having to self teach a lot of items. It would be good to have a one hour presentation on the basics, and then some specific presentations on individual task.
