Wonderful overall as it allows me to type instead of hand write certain forms. I am hoping that it will be easier to use to line all cells up so it looks more neat.

Very limited use so far. Can't figure out how to select another form, either of the same type just completed or a different form without going back to the start page manually. Otherwise so far so good.

How do you insert page numbers on a Mac?
Add page numbers in Pages on MacMove the pointer over the top or bottom of the page until you see the three header or footer fields, then click the field you want to use (left, center, or right). Click Insert Page Number, then choose a numbering style.
Can you password protect a PDF on Mac?
You can give a PDF a password that everyone must enter to open the file. In the Preview app on your Mac, open the PDF that you want to password-protect. Choose File > Export, then select Encrypt. You can also enter a new name for the PDF if you want to create a passworded copy and keep the original PDF unencrypted.
Can you add page numbers to a PDF preview?
Choose Tools > Edit PDF. In the secondary toolbar, choose Header & Footer > Add, and then click Add New in the message that appears. Type text in the header and footer text boxes to add more headers and footers. As you type, the preview updates the appearance of the complete headers and footers on the page.
Can I add page numbers to a PDF on Mac?
Go to Edit PDF on the menu. Header and Footer > Add Page Numbers/Add Bates Numbers/Add Text/Remove Page Numbers. Choose your setting and press Apply.
