Insert a combo box or a drop-down list Go to Developer > Combo Box Content Control or Drop-Down List Content Control . Select the content control, and then select Properties. To create a list of choices, select Add under Drop-Down List Properties. Type a choice in Display Name, such as Yes, No, or Maybe.
In the Form Builder, select Add Form Element in the upper-left corner. In the left pane, go to Widgets at the top. Search and select Dynamic Dropdowns to add it to your form.

Entry editing is done by opening the form prefilled with the submission's data, changing the prefilled values, and then submitting the form. To initiate the process, open the entry's menu using the three-dot icon in the first column, then select Edit Entry from the menu.

On the worksheet where you applied the drop-down list, select a cell that has the drop-down list. Go to Data > Data Validation. On the Settings tab, click in the Source box, and then change your list items as needed. Each item should be separated by a comma, with no spaces in between like this: Yes,No,Maybe.
You can send a request email to users who have submitted ther submissions by including a Request Update button in Jotform Tables. However, you must individually send the emails to each individual to whom you want to edit their submissions.
