What do you like best?
I love that this is a user friendly and cost efficient alternative to PDF editing. I have found that it can do everything (and more) than other services can. It is easy to use and excellent solution for our company
What do you dislike?
The SINGLE thing that I am not a fan of is the fact that encrypted pdfs can be sent but NOT returned encrypted. Sometimes I will send a form to an employee and need the PDF to be encrypted returned back to me and there is no option for that.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The encrypted services have been a burden but the benefits are abundant. It is a great tool and I love that I can send our employees forms to fill out and they can receive/return them from their phones.

THE BEST support team I have ever had, EVER!!!!!!! Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! PDF filler has been a true hero for me and my daughters competition projects and has placed first! It is very easy to use and convenient! I love how there are many options for fonts and sizes and how easy it is to print the document and save it! Sometimes when I print out the documents it is really tiny and hard to read. This is the only con to using this product that I can think of.
