What does a 30 day subscription get me?

A subscription to pdfFiller will let you Fill, Print, Email, Export or Fax any number of forms as many times as you like. The form will be available on pdfFiller.com for the duration of your subscription.
The list of your forms will appear on the "My Forms" page once at least one form is uploaded. If you need to make any changes or wish to print the form again just select the form and click on the appropriate link.

How do I cancel my Subscription?

Send a message to support. Please make sure you include your first and last name and the email address you used for PayPal. DO NOT email us your credit card number. We will cancel the subscription in 48 hours.You will receive notification from PayPal.

I want to use my Credit Card to pay, not PayPal!

You can use your Credit Card without creating a PayPal account, but we still use PayPal to process your transaction and insure your security. Click here to see how to do this.

I just paid and I still can't print/email/export/fax! What gives?

Sorry for the trouble. There may have been a problem registering the purchase with your browser. Please try clicking Logout and then Login to log back in. If your form is still not usable, contact us immediately.

Can I type multiple lines when I have a lot of text?

Yes! Use Enter to get to the next line. You can also paste large chunks of text and use Enter to restructure lines.

My Forms are in landscape (page setup) but when they are printed they appear in portrait. How do I change this?

Your browser is doing all the printing. Please change the browser printing preferences. The printing dialog box will appear on the page before printing starts. For instructions on specific browser setup please look here.

How long will pdfFiller keep my files on the server?

Your forms will be available for the duration of the service plus 30 days after the service expires. If you do not have a subscription the Form will remain on the server for 7 days.

What is the pdfFiller Privacy and Security policy?

After you have uploaded and edited your PDF form, you can delete all the files (My Forms page). Any text you have added will be permanently removed from our servers. All the pages containing private data are using HTTPS to insure privacy and security.
Your email will NOT be shared with anyone. We will NOT send you any junk mail. No newsletters will be sent. We may update you on new features as they become available.

Is my payment information secure?

We accept credit card payments through PayPal. PayPal is a recognized online payment processor and accepts all major credit/debit cards.
By processing through PayPal we do not have access to your credit card information or other personal details, including your email address. Your order is only processed by PayPal, which is a third party payment processor, trusted by millions around the world.

Where do I register?

You will only be asked to register if you decide to Save, Print, Email, Fax or Export your Form. Registration is simple: Just your email and a password. If you would like to pre-register please use the Log In page.

Who created pdfFiller?

pdfFiller was created by Vadim Yasinovsky, with inspiration from Semyon Dukach, because they really hated filling out forms by hand. Vadim is also known for starting Clear Software, which brought easy-to-use flowcharting tools to hundreds of thousands of users in the 80's and 90's.
Development work was performed by Heath Morrison, who enjoys working with Vadim and Semyon. Flash development was done by Dmitry Ivannykov.

Is there a way to embed the pdfFiller editor into my own website, or to go directly to editing the PDF Form by skipping the upload page?

Yes! There are 2 ways of doing this:
We provide a hosting solution for the forms in this case you pay for the hosting and the form filling and other services are free to the end user.
Use our handy tool to help you make links for your users. You can also attach fax numbers or email addresses to the link.

How does pdfFiller work?

pdfFiller converts any PDF file into a graphical image and allows the user to add text anywhere.

pdfFiller supports any browser.

Do I need to download or install any software?

No. pdfFiller is a web-based application and does not need any additional software.

Can I add a Signature to the PDF Form?

Yes! Please use the Signature Button in the Form Filler to add a hand written signature to your Forms.

Can I add Pictures to the PDF Form?

Yes you can. Please use Pix option in the form filler.

How do I enter data into spaced cells?

If you are entering any number such as a date simply use "space" to position the digits in the right place.

What do I do if I am experiencing technical problems?

Please send us a message using the Contact page and we will try to fix the problem ASAP.

Can i add forms to my account using email?

Yes you can. Please send an email to forms@pdffiller.com from your email address (the one you use to register with pdfFiller) and attach the form. The form will be automatically added to your account.
Please allow 5 minutes for the process to be completed. You can also attach several froms.

How many forms will my account hold or store?

You can store unlimited forms on your account.

How can I make the form larger and easier to read while I'm inputting?

Use the Zoom buttons in the form filler to make the form larger or smaller.

Can I just open a form for review?

Simply click on fill and do not make any changes. Click on done once you are finished reviewing the form.
