I think your site is well designed and has substantial potential. But being unfamiliar with all the choices, my initial effort at using your site took a little longer that I had hoped it would. But that is a minor critique. i'll do more exploring at a later date.

I love the program. The smart folder...not a fan. Do not like that we have to "tag" them and I would prefer to just make and name my own folders and move PDF docs into them as I wish (like windows mail).

The format of the website was a lot to get used to as there are a plethora of options to go through. Once I was familiar with the site it became obvious this was everything I needed it to be. Great functionality, easy to use. Highly recommend.

I like how easy it is to take a PDF and be able to type what I need to, change colors and fonts

I wish that the erase tool would be able to go in different directions, not just left and right but to be able to use it more freely to erase easier.

benefit in using this for my business is keeping documents clean and not having to print them out hand write on them scan them back in and email it, I can do it all in PDFfiller and keeps my documents clean, and is a lot easier.

Sloppy Documents No More!
It's extremely easy to use and affordable. Worth every penny for our Real Estate team. We go through a ton of documents and PDFfiller keeps us looking professional and not sloppy like some agents we do business with. Professionalism is everything in our line of work.
The ease of use and the finished product! We get contracts from agents who *don't* use PDFfiller and it's hard to take them seriously. Their documents look very unprofessional.

Pdf filler is better than Adobe
Good for small simple doc editing. Adding signatures etc.
I was able to get my docs edited and printed with my native software and android phone. Adobe is too picky about using their product only, with PDF filler I was able to get everything done non issues.
It was a trial basis for free, I wish they would have told me that from day one to save me the hassle of going back to purchase, but really it didn't matter.

I moved across the country since I had my brochure designed and printed. Meanwhile Covid-19 restrictions gave me the extra push to go 100% virtual with my business. Thus the online marketing material had to be accurate and up to-date. [pdfFiller made it easy for me to easy to update/edit my existing marketing materials.

Easy to use. I have to STUDY the layout to find what I want. We are not power users of this product. The webinar might help.
The pricing you impose presumes that I use a lot of features. I wish you had a price structure to low end users who seek to have a few simple forms filled and signed.

How do I OCR multiple PDF files?
How to OCR a Batch of PDFs On the toolbar bar go to the Batch Tab > Document > OCR. Set the options for the batch process. Additional details for each of the settings are available below. ... Once all of the settings are complete, click on Start... to begin the batch process.
Do phones have OCR?
Available for Apple and Android. Did you know that Google Keep has OCR technology built in? That's right, with this app you can extract the text from an image to help you quickly find that note again using search.
Can Android do OCR?
Like Google Keep, CamScanner is another OCR app that is available for both Android and iOS. CamScanner lets you digitalize any documents on the go. The document scanning features of the app are available in the free version. You have to get the premium version of the app for its OCR features.
Can you OCR multiple files at once?
OCR multiple documents at a time. From the menu bar choose File > OCR Files. In the OCR Files window select some documents to OCR. Either drag and drop files into the window, or choose Add PDFs.
