The software is excellent - really easy to use. I wasn#t sure whether to pay for something I'll only use a few times a year but decided to do so simply to save time searching for free software that probably wouldn't be as good. One minor niggle: I paid on my debit card and it took me back to the website, whereupon I had to pay again to gain access - not sure if I have paid twice or not. At first I thought they were scammers, but I took the risk and paid for what they asked for. Now I use almost everything they offer.
I like that I do not need to download and upload the document back.
I would like to print the document immediately after editing. Now I need to save it first and then I can print the document

Sometimes the signature block format gets distorted (inserts as a code).

I had an issue and emailed the company and not only did 2 different people respond immediately they resolved my issue within a few hours of me sending the email. I’ve never seen that quick of a response before. Very impressive.
