I had to cancel my subscription right after I got it (the first time) because we were told not electronic signatures. The customer service person I was connected to was very quick with applying my refund and explained the banks general policies. It ended up there was a mistake, so I'm back. The site is intuitive and everything is organized in a no fuss manner. Scanning in documents and making changes is easy.

The printing of documents can be tricky sometimes. Most of the time I save as a PDF and open with Adobe.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have the basic Adobe software as well. It makes printing documents, in the proper size, much easier.

Great for filling paper on the go
What I liked the most of this software is that it is great for filling out paper work online
What I liked the least is not many options to choose from as in where to fill out.

Filling PDF files for formal use
The product is very easy to use and intuitive, I didn't feel something was missing from my work with the application, in addition, it's global availability is a great advantage.
The product offer mainly online editing, which makes it hard in case you wish to work on the flight or just go offline, in addition, the free use is not exactly free as it asks for a payment prior the file conversion.

The fill in is with text boxes like in word. That works well.
It worked well. Not as good as a PDF document that already has input fields but much better than printing the PDF document and filling it in by hand,
