I am a self represented defendant in a small claims case. I cannot afford an attorney. With the robust capabilities, and plenty of time on my hands, I can plow through the case law and ca civil codes, but I can't readily find and fill out forms. Getting in touch with a person in customer service is impossible and emails to cust. serv. have not been answered. I originally signed up as a single user; but then as my needs expanded at my office, I added and paid for three more users. For a while everything worked without issue, but then the other three users could not log-in and the different prompts in my dashboard were saying the subscriptions were active and to this day my office staff works through my sole account which can knock someone off in the middle of something.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The fax benefit is awesome. I use the program with my insurance agency. It is way more user friendly than Adobe and you don't need a separate service to send a client a form to sign.

This app is really user-friendly. It has everything you would expect it to have and more. I never had to google how to do something on this app, every function is there and easy to use.

Pricing is very good
Pricing is very good. Free trial helped a lot to discover vital features. After trial I have decided to purchase a subscription. Esign, editing, and organizing are working perfectly

PDF FIller was an answer to many questions.
Our business is an industrial maintenance business. We have had to use PDF filler several times with applications and insurance documents. PDF filler made it easier.
We liked how they explained everything we needed to know to fill in applications and other papers online without having to scan and download everything separately. I always thought it was my computer that was the problem, but with PDF filler, it doesn't matter what software is already on your laptop, you can work with any documents.
Sometimes I would go duplicate a step in saving the document, but after a couple of documents, it was easy to figure out what I should do.

What do you like best?
I receive notifications to my Gmail account on my phone and the computer. I like knowing when documents I fax for insurance companies and claims are received or if there was an error. I like the Word to PDF option and how I can send signature requests to individuals. I like the editing features as well.
What do you dislike?
I don't have any complaints for what I use pdfFiller for.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is very simple to understand and use. I've utilized it every day since since I purchased it back around February 2020. It also keeps a paper trail audit which is helpful.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I can send faxes directly from my computer/printer or my cell phone. It is very convenient. I know immediately if the fax was not received. I know when I receive a fax, which is also nice. It is very beneficial for a small mental health business. I like the feature of email faxing and document creation, as well as uploading my own templates to send out to my clientele.

Accidentally subscribed after the free trial but the customer service team was super helpful at refunding.
Also the software seemed really good when I briefly used it.
