Good utility but service was even better
I used this a couple of times. It was good, but other than that specific task I had no use of it, I let the trial run out and a week after I was charged and they were gracious enough to give me a refund and cancel the subscription with no fuss. Greatly appreciated.

Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. Best tool with advanced features - PDF Filler
Add, edit, share & highlight option in one application. Easy to use and must have application if you publish documents frequently.
If you work on PDF files daily it is a must have application. It handles PDF files and let you edit and add content very easily.
- Easy to use tools
- Add text, edit text, highlight, notes etc. many features in one application
- No watermarks which makes it easy to edit and share.
It is working good till now and not found any such cons in the application. Conversion of files do takes times and using advance features needs a pro in that. It gets slower with big files.

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't…
I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. Pdf filler is a company with a ton of integrity and cares about its clients
Pdf filler is a really great company that has great morals. I signed up for the free trial and forgot to cancel before it auto renewed for 1 year. With Covid impacting my commission based business, spending 120 dollars for pdf software is not something I can afford at this time. The customer service rep Rachel not only refunded my purchase, but did it very quickly and professionally. Obviously I forgot to cancel and this company could of held my feet to the fire as it was my fault that I did not cancel the auto renewal that I agreed to and left my Google pay account for. However they did not do that. I will absolutely 💯 use pdf filler again in the future if the need should arise and would recommend it to anyone that needs to edit a pdf file in the future!
