great except when i want to email something sometimes the other party can't view it as a pdf. i dont get why. I want an option to save my new document in my own hard drive but can't figure out how to other than emailing it to myself. add that option or help me find it.

PDFiller is a must have .
PDFiller is a very easy to manage . I benefit from it cause it not only has what you need but you can save and reference back to it by just a click of a button and I also like how you can customize it your personal liking .
I work for family practice and I am always utilizing PDFiller . Looking for a form or needing to reference back to one PDFiller makes it so easy I love it . It's simple , quick and if I ever had any questions there customer service is always standing by to help .

PDF Filler has been a great tool to assist me in the large amount of forms that I have had to edit over the past few months. It is very easy to use. I do think that is for the more tech savvy individuals that deal with PDFs on a daily basis. There were a few things that I had to figure out, but overall I give it 5 stars because it is a lot easier to use and edit documents my way than it is for me to do in Adobe PDF. Thanks PDF Filler.

The tool was very efficient for my work related updates as well. I was able to store my documents and update it as per necessary. I was looking for a better way to see my documents on the dashboard like a folder view.

Excellent application but not sure if its worth $9 a month for an individual user working on domestic household forms. Definitely worth it if using for a small business.

Is there a way to optimize a PDF?
Select Optimize PDF from the Tools center or right-hand pane. Select Reduce File Size and choose whether you want to reduce a single file or multiple files. The file is reduced to the smallest size possible while retaining the document's quality.
What is the difference between PDF and PDF optimized?
Unlike the regular, if we have an optimized PDF, it creates a specific “linear” structure of data at the beginning of the document. The data contain references for the first page and for the rest of the objects in the document.
