Customer support was top notch. They resolved my print issues with my form. The reason I did not give it 5 stars and would not recommend is that I Googled for a form to fill out for a US Passport. I didn't expect to find one i could fill in on line. What was not apparent was that ONLY AFTER SPENDING 30 MINUTES FILLING OUT THE FORM did I find out I had to pay $20 to print, save, fax, email or share the form. Customer service was great, but did not want to sign up for a monthly pdf service or pay $20 for 1 form.

I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. Good value for price
When using the offer for roughly 40€ per year, PDF filler is a no-brainer when you need to fill in several forms a year for your household / family (e.g. insurances, real estate, etc.)

What do you like best?
Seamless conversion of files to various file formats.

Lag between switching to different parts of the interface and saving files disrupts the user experience.

Easy to fill out PDF files. Easy to convert image files to required formats. Safe storage of sensitive personal information in one location.

When I realized I had to solve a problem involving this company, I prepared myself for a multi-day, inconvenient annoyance. Instead, I was very pleasantly surprised to find a prompt reply which ended swiftly in a satisfactory way ... even though it turned out to be my own fault! I used the program for only one item but I "poked around" in it to get a better handle on it. For anyone using PDF's on an almost daily basis, I'm sure pdfFiller would be an extremely useful tool.
