2 things I would like to see changed. The original custom color selector was better than the these presets that are available now. The other is the sizes of the font jump by twos, an input to put in a custom font size would be great

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. Look no further than pdfFiller!
As a person 70+ years old, new programs are usually a challenge for me. However this was not the case with pdfFiller, it was so easy to click on the area and type and being able to alter the text size to fit was a bonus. I highly recommend this program and can vouch for customer support who are there to help.

ease of subbitting
It can be a little confusing and I thought my docs from previous years were saved so they would populate but they didn't but I like the ease of submitting the forms to the IRS.
