Few years with pdffiller
I am their client for almost 3 years. I did my best to get how it works and was making bad reviews in appstore because complicated ui on the start. I was checking out competiting editors, but I could say that other apps were even more complicated. Many things changed from that time and editor became much more user friendly, got new options for saving money and time. I am less about challenging their customer service but sometimes updates are a bit confusing.

Some functions are not readily apparent but overall it is a great tool. I had difficulty when it auto-filled a date field that I wanted to leave blank. I struggled to clear it because the dropdown appeared every time I tried, and if I deleted the current date got restored by the dropdown. Then after I finally blanked the field it jumped to another and did the same thing. Once I got that cleared it would not let me go to the next page, insisting I populate another field intentionally left blank. I used the slider to jump forward and then approach the page I wanted from the other direction.

I'm barely new but I really like it already.. pdfFiller is an awesome tool for any/all types of documents/documentation needs or requests, and I am not to computer savvy so I would really like to attend a webinar to learn how to use the full capabilities pdfFiller has to offer in general. so far I am TOTALLY satisfied!
