Anne in customer support was outstanding, she was patient, calm, informative and extremely helpful. Pretty good so far. Was a little surprised that I had to pay once all the work was done. But its okay, have used it a couple of times and its working.

It is very easy to use although there are somethings I don't understand what they are for. Other than that this is the easiest most convenient way to submit forms without the other party having to try to read your own writing.

Honestly it’s pretty solid all the way around, maybe if there were an easier way to export files but that’s really no big deal.

It is great for what I am using it to do, however there is likely much more I don't know about yet.
After 2 weeks, I know much more and find the took extremely valuable. Don't know how I worked without it.
